For the month of February I will be braving a daily cold water dunk, in a tub in my garden. I'm doing this to raise money for 'Bridgend Carers Centre' so that they can continue to provide much needed support through 'The Wildflower Project'

The Wildflower Project supports girls and young women, up to the age of 25 years, who are autistic (diagnosed, on the pathway or with suspected autism). This group provides a weekly art session for those school avoiding, home schooled or those not in education or employment. We also meet around once a month for a low demand social gathering, where the girls can enjoy crafts and other activities.
