I am raising money on this 130 mile walk around Ynys Mon (Anglesey) in memory of my Dad who passed away in January 2022, and also for my Mum who was diagnosed last year. This cruel and relentless disease affects 1 in 3 people in the UK in terms of a diagnosis, but it seems almost everyone I know has been affected by dementia in some way.
