On Saturday 14 September I am swimming 10.5 miles from Fellfoot at the south end of Lake Windermere to Ambleside at the north end.

Windermere is the longest lake in England and this will be by far the biggest swim I have ever done. I’m very much hoping for calm conditions as I’ll be in the water for the majority of the day….I’ve been training hard all summer and any sponsorship for the Notts community charity would be greatly appreciated and will hopefully spur me on, alongside the jelly babies at the rest stops!
