We are fundraising for Kate's Home Nursing as a thank you for the service provided as well as the care, compassion and professionalism of your wonderful nurses that they showed my Grandmother in her final days.

Her every need was seen to for the whole time the nurses were with her since the same evening they were contacted, hugely easing the process and allowing much needed rest and reassurance for my Mother, Father, Aunt and Uncle. Thanks to this amazing team she died peacefully in her own home and we could not have asked for anything more.

They provided the same great service for my Grandfather a little over six years ago so he too could pass at home peacefully.
