Story
Hi everyone ✨️
I’ve somehow signed myself up to run the 2027 London Marathon for PHAB which is equal parts exciting and terrifying considering I’m definitely not a natural runner 😭
I chose to support PHAB because their message around inclusion, friendship, confidence and independence genuinely resonated with me. I run a group called IndepenDance, which is all about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where people can socialise, build confidence, gain independence and feel part of a community. Supporting PHAB felt like a really natural fit.
After applying, I also discovered that both my dad and uncle had their own connections to PHAB over the years, which made the whole thing feel even more special.
Over the next year I’ll be training, fundraising, surviving long runs, and probably questioning my life choices somewhere around mile 20 😂
Every donation big or small will help support PHAB and honestly means the world to me too. Thank you so much for supporting me❤️
