I am asking only £5 from each of my Family, Friends and Colleagues, whilst I walk or cycle 5k every day for 31 days in January.

As the Charity of choice for The Adecco Group, for the next 2 years, I am committed to raise awareness and money for this incredible charity.

I would like to raise £200 in January 2024 for 4 counselling sessions for a child recovering from abuse.

£50 would pay for counselling sessions for a child recovering from abuse.

£25 would pay for a play therapy session that will help treat an abused child.

£10 will enable a vulnerable child to meet with a Barnard's support worker.

Barnardo’s protect, support and nurture children and young people. Over 150 years, they have built up a network of services throughout the UK in local communities. Last year, Barnardo’s and partners helped over 380,000 children, young people and parents. They are the UK’s largest children’s charity with nearly 800 services. The scale of what they do may be big, but their aim is simple – to provide the best outcome for every child, no matter who they are or what they have been through. Whatever happens, they don’t give up on children. They are there for as long as it takes.
