I have chosen to support Breast Centre Charity by completing the Cardiff Half Marathon 2025!

The Breast Centre offers support, treatment and aftercare to patients. The money raised is spent on increasing breast care nursing hours, providing complementary therapies (such as reflexology) and undergarments for breast cancer patients and theatre equipment.

This year, we lost a beautiful soul, Samantha to Breast cancer so i will be running with her especially.
