On Sunday 4th October, I'm taking part in the Sutton Park Challenge to raise money for Midland Mencap.

Midland Mencap supports people with learning disabilities and their families across the West Midlands. Every day, they help people build confidence, gain independence, develop new skills, make friends, access employment opportunities, and live the life they want.
