As you may know, I was diagnosed with womb cancer in Aug 2022. Nothing quite prepares you for that moment. I was lucky to have had early diagnosis and treatment and with full recovery I'm very much getting on with life.

I was supported so much that year by my friends and family rallying round, but really it was a very personal journey too. I want to mark this by giving back a little to Cancer Focus NI by completing this 62 km 🚲 event.

Nothing really perpares you for that moment of recieving a cancer diagnosis, yet it comes to so many of us and our loved ones. You feel so unprepared for whats ahead. That's why I want to do this. To be uncomfortable and challenged to realise just how lucky I am to beable to do this.
