I am raising money for MND in honour of Yvonne, Chrysta’s wonderful mum, who sadly passed away a couple of years ago from Motor Neurone Disease.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Yvonne through Chrysta, whom I have trained for nine years and been friends with for over ten. Yvonne was a truly beautiful person – warm, kind and full of love. Her strength and spirit left a lasting impression on me.

It is an absolute honour to be part of this event that Chrysta has organised in her mum’s memory. By raising money, we not only remember Yvonne but also help fund vital research and support for families facing this devastating disease.
