🏃‍♀️ Taking on the Inflatable 5K for Foxley and Ogden Court! 🎈

I’m taking on the Inflatable 5K to raise money for Foxley Court in Dereham and Ogden Court in Wymondham — two inpatient rehabilitation units supporting patients from across the south of Norfolk.

As an Occupational Therapist, I see first-hand the incredible work that goes into helping patients regain their independence, confidence and ability to do the things that matter most to them. Rehabilitation can be a challenging journey, and having access to the right equipment, activities and resources can make a real difference to a patient’s recovery and experience.

The money raised from this event will be shared between both units and used to support and enhance patient rehabilitation.

I’ll be joining colleagues from across the multidisciplinary team — including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and our Discharge Coordinator — as we swap our usual workday for an inflatable obstacle course! 🎈😂

I’m sure there will be plenty of bouncing, climbing, sliding and possibly a few embarrassing moments along the way, but it will all be worth it to raise money for the patients we support.

Any donation, big or small, will make a difference and will be greatly appreciated. ❤️
