Hey guys and gals!

On the 26th April, I’ll be getting back in the ring once more to honour someone incredibly dear to me. Which means I’ll be getting punched in the face again for a great cause and who wouldn’t want to see that?!

Earlier this year I lost someone very dear to cancer, it was her wish that instead of flowers, donations were made to weldmar hospice. So what better way to raise a bit of cash with a good ol’ scrap!

Steele by name and Steele by nature, Tishy was an absolute force and full of fire. She knew what it was to be dedicated to a sport, having been an avid horse rider her whole ride and being the oldest competing dressage rider in the uk at 78!

She was a force to be reckoned with, she didn’t host pity parties and she’d waste no time giving you a good kick up the backside if she saw fit!

She was a great supporter of myself in boxing and she saw the way in which it helped to heal me physically and mentally, I know, if she were still here, she’d be in my corner and she’d never let me give up.

Boxing is truly life changing, and if on this journey, I become even half the woman she was, I will know I have won.
