Sharon tragically lost her life to suicide. Her loss has left a space that can never be filled, and not a day goes by that she isn’t remembered by those who knew and loved her. Through this challenge, I want to honour her memory by helping others who may be struggling, raising awareness of mental health, and encouraging people to reach out when they need support.

I’m raising funds for Norfolk and Waveney Mind, an incredible charity that provides vital mental health support, advice, and services to people facing some of life’s toughest challenges.

As the founder of East Luxe Cleaning, I have also launched a community initiative through our website where people can nominate someone who may be struggling with their mental health. Donations help fund free cleaning services for those individuals, providing practical support at a time when everyday tasks can feel overwhelming.

When someone is battling poor mental health, even keeping on top of household chores can feel impossible. A clean, safe, and comfortable home can provide a sense of relief, dignity, and stability during difficult times. Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.
