I am running the Titsey 10K this October for Head2Head Sensory Theatre - champions of inclusivity.

For more than 20 years, they have been giving young disabled people a voice through theatre, creativity, and the arts.

They are doing a children’s group now which is a massive success too!! A local charity looking after EVERYONE

They believe everyone deserves the chance to participate, perform, and feel part of something special.

From their base in Crowhurst Lane in Oxted, they are expanding their work across East Surrey to support some of the most isolated people in the local community, including:

- Elderly residents

- People living with dementia

- Mums of young children

- The lonely and isolated

Every mile I run and every pound you help me raise helps them continue delivering inclusive theatre projects, creative community programmes, and vital support for people across the region.

Together, we can make sure nobody is left out.
