My daughter, Iona, and I are walking the 3 peaks challenge in September in memory of Gillian Maddock-Lyon (1941-2024), my mother, for Crisis :-a charity she supported every Christmas once she lived in Brighton from 1992.

I’ve walked up all 3 peaks many times but never in 2 days 😊😊😊let alone even thinking about being close to 24 hours !😂😂! This has always been on my to-do list, but as I’m in the run up to being 60- Iona thought ‘no time like the present’ : so we’re doing it :)
