Katherine and Tahmin are running the 2025 London Winter Run for Cancer Research UK which takes place on Sunday, February 23rd.

"We're running for a very special person, our Mama V. Sadly, Neeta lost her husband unexpectedly to cancer in 2023. He was the light and joy of his family who shone through our Neeta, which is why we refer to him respectfully as Papa V.

We'd like to dedicate our race not only to Papa V, but to everyone who has battled, lost, survived, or experienced the heartbreak that cancer brings.

After signing up, Katherine roped Tahmin into also signing up to complete a 10 km race for a cause which is close to both of their hearts. Neither having trained or run for more than 10 minutes since 2020... they are really depending on each other for motivation to actually train and go for runs after long days of teaching.

By the end of February, they may either be the next Keely Hodgkinson... or the next little Miss Jelly Legs!
