I’m about to face one of the most daring challenges of my life—walking barefoot across a bed of glowing embers. It’s a true test of courage and focus, and I’m ready to push myself beyond the limits of self-doubt. As intimidating as it sounds, I believe this challenge is not only about conquering physical fear, but about breaking down mental barriers and proving to myself that the impossible can be achieved with the right mindset.

But this firewalk is not just for me. I’m doing it to support Aid Box Community, an incredible charity that works tirelessly to help asylum seekers and refugees in Bristol. Their mission resonates deeply with me because they are creating a safe and inclusive community—one that extends care and compassion when the world feels full of violence and division. The work they do changes lives, offering vital support to those who need it most.
