I am taking part in the “Northumberland Mighty Hike” with some of my NorthStandard colleagues; walking 26 miles from Alnwick to Bamburgh, in memory of my Mam and Auntie Lesley who lost their battle to cancer and to all of the people currently going through or have been affected by this awful disease.
