In September 2026, team 'Narwals' will be doing the Arch to Arc Triathlon to raise money for Aspire. A throwaway conversation in the gym one day led to Sarah, Finbarr and myself joining Jamie, Dave and Oliver to form a 6 person relay team. Weather allowing, we will be setting off from London to run down to Dover, swimming the channel and then cycling from Calais to Paris.

The money raised will be going to a 'Aspire', a charity who help people following spinal injuries to remove barriers to help people regain some independence and freedom. Spinal injuries could happen to anyone and changes peoples lives forever. Aspire help with practical support to help people rebuild their lives.
