Story
On 14th July, Ellie and I will be walking the 96 miles of the West Highland Way in memory of my Dad, Vic and my Brother, Keith. They were both cared for by the amazing Hospice at Home Team from Wirral Hospice St John’s, whose support made it possible for them to die peacefully and comfortably at home. Their care and kindness was incredible and I can’t thank them enough.
Our walk will take us from Milngavie to Fort William and as long as our map reading skills are okay and we pack enough sandwiches, will take us a week. The walk will take us along Loch Lomond where we will raise a glass to Keith as this was his final resting place.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and any support and gift, however small, would be greatly appreciated.
Wirral Hospice St John's relies on donations and fundraising activities to help the charity keep caring for patients and their loved ones at a time of most need. Thank you for your kind support.
