Hi everyone. I'm raising money for Talk Lipoedema by hiking Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon with my sisters on the 7th of June. The reason I have chosen this charity is because I was diagnosed with Lipoedema 6yrs ago and at the time I had no idea what it was or how to treat it and I really struggled with my body image. This is something I still struggle with but since finding this charity the support and information they have provided has given me so much confidence that I am now able to talk about my condition and show my legs without feeling embarrassed. Although still very scary! Research into this condition is extremely important as not many people including Doctors are aware of it's existence with many people being misdiagnosed. So I'm asking you to please help me in my fundraising for this amazing charity. Thank you 😊 xx
