This year, I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon, raising money for the littlest member of the crew, Otis.

Otis was born with PUV, which has led to chronic kidney disease. Pophams support the Children's kidney centre in Noah's Ark hospital, where Otis receives vital care to manage his condition on a regular basis.
