I am raising money for this hugely worthwhile cause because it has helped me to feel grateful that I am able to run freely and to give thanks to my wonderful friend, Matt, who has given up his time to encourage and to train me back to fitness.

I hope that I never take running and my ability to see for granted. I feel very lucky.
