Story
This October, at the age of 68, I'll be walking part of the Camino as part of the **2026 Yes to Life Global Camino Challenge**.
Walking the Camino has been a long-held dream of mine, and to do it in support of a charity whose work I believe in so deeply makes it even more meaningful.
For over 40 years I've supported people affected by cancer, first as a nurse and then as a therapist and coach. For the past three years I've also worked with **Yes to Life**, facilitating a wellbeing support group where people living with cancer can find emotional support, reduce anxiety and discover they're not alone.
I passionately believe everyone affected by cancer deserves the very best integrative care—support for body, mind and spirit. Every donation, whatever its size, will help Yes to Life continue this life-changing work.
Thank you so much for supporting my Camino journey and helping make a difference to people living with cancer.
