Noah’s Story is a Northern Ireland registered charity created in memory of Noah McAleese. Noah tragically passed away in a farming accident in November 2022, just one week after his second birthday.

Created by his family in response to their loss, Noah’s Story seeks to honour his life by improving support for families experiencing bereavement.

Through initiatives such as the creation of dedicated bereavement spaces in hospitals, specialist staff training, and the development of future supports including access to counselling and therapeutic services, Noah’s Story aims to ensure that no family feels alone in their grief.

In his memory, the charity opened an Infinity Room at Causeway Hospital in Coleraine, a dedicated bereavement space designed to provide comfort and support to families during difficult moments.

Noah’s Story continues to raise funds to open similar bereavement rooms in other hospitals across the Northern Trust area, extending the reach of this invaluable support. The charity also supports trauma-informed training for hospital staff and offers families the opportunity to honour their loved ones through personalised poetry.

Through these initiatives, Noah’s Story aims to create lasting, positive change in bereavement care across Northern Ireland.
