This year, Lucy and Katie will be putting on their Santa hats and running through London’s streets to raise vital funds for the Medical Women’s Federation.

The MWF works tirelessly to end inequality in medicine ensuring that women in the medical profession have equal opportunities, fair treatment and a strong voice at every level.The Federation also champions women’s health and advocates for a healthcare system where women patients are listened to, respected and valued.
