Yesterday I returned home from India and the incredible Dalai Lama Himalayan Challenge. It was far tougher than I ever imagined, but I’m thrilled to say that I successfully crossed the finish line alongside my fellow trekkers. It truly was the adventure of a lifetime — we climbed, we trekked, we barely slept — but I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

Your generosity has touched me deeply. I never dreamed I could raise so much for Myton, and knowing the difference it will make makes this journey even more meaningful.
