This year, I’ll be running the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon as part of Team Alzheimer’s Research UK!

Recently, I lost my grandad to Alzheimer’s. With my family history, it’s possible that my mum, myself, or one of my siblings could face this disease in the future. That reality makes this cause deeply personal to me.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity, working tirelessly to find better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

I’m running for my family, for everyone who has been affected by this cruel disease and for those who may be affected in the future.

I hope that the money I raise will contribute to the groundbreaking research that can help prevent, treat, and one day cure Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
