Katie's fundraiser for Anthony Nolan

Paris Marathon 2025 · 13 April 2025 ·
I’m running the 2025 Paris Marathon in order to support this lifesaving charity. Working as a midwife I have seen peoples lives changed by cancer. I have also seen the incredible benefits to healthcare from modern research which is such a focus for Anthony Nolan. Any support would be so welcome and I will do my best to run my first ever marathon 🙏🏻 🏃♀️🙏🏻
My colleague and friend Clare Babbage (Marathon Midwife 1) will also be running a marathon this year in London and you can find her in the search bar. She is running for the Lullaby Trust, a charity very close to her heart.
Anthony Nolan’s world-leading stem cell register, groundbreaking cell and gene therapy research and expertise in stem cell transplants means they currently help four patients a day in need of a transplant, giving more people another chance to live. But they know they can, and must, do more. Driven by patients, backed by stem cell donors, powered by science, and with your support, we won’t stop until we’ve uncovered the lifesaving potential of the cells inside us all, and every patient can survive and thrive.
