Pennine Care Charity is the charity partner of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

I am running to help raise money for Stockport CAMHS DBT service. Money raised will to enable us to provide helpful resources to young people and their families as they navigate some of the toughest challenges. We all need support at times and other people to encourage us and cheer us on. I recently had surgery and also turn 50 this year. For all those people like me, who sometimes think we can't....we can! Set a goal and go for it - it may just encourage someone else to go for it too!
