On 18th October, I’ll be running the Altra Yorkshire Marathon in support of Headway Lancashire. 🏃‍♀️

Last year, my dad suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage — a rare type of stroke that causes bleeding on the brain. My family and I are incredibly grateful that he is on the road to recovery.

Running this marathon is my way of giving something back and supporting Headway Lancashire, a charity that helps people and families affected by brain injuries and strokes.
