As an alternative to gifts, we’ve set up a donations page for the Refugee Community Kitchen in Calais. Those who know us well will know that we have been making trips there since we met and have brought numerous friends along. Our time has consisted of chopping onions, blasting burnt rice off gastros and handing out delicious food to directly to communities still residing in Calais. It’s one small corner of the world, but we know that RCK genuinely do a job every day to feed hundreds of displaced people who face unimaginable situations. We know that any donations will be used meaningfully and will be sincerely appreciated.
