This May, Simon and I will be walking the Arran Coastal Way, a 107-kilometre trek around the Isle of Arran, spanning 5 days. We are hoping to raise money for the Community Alcohol & Drugs Service in NHS Forth Valley, a cause that is very close to my family.

The Community Alcohol Dependency Services within NHS Forth Valley provide an essential lifeline to many families like mine. Their dedication and compassionate support have made a profound difference in our lives.

I would also like to make a small donation to Ward B32 in Forth Valley Hospital. The kindness and empathy shown by the nurses and support staff during an extremely difficult time last summer, was deeply appreciated by my family.

All donations to NHS Forth Valley are held separately from the money used to provide day to day NHS services and are spent in accordance with the wishes of the donors.
