In May this year, I'll be taking on the wild challenge to race 100 miles around Essex in aid of Mind.

Mental health is an issue close to my heart, and something that affects us all. 1 in 4 of us experience a mental health challenge each year, and 1 in 6 people in England report a challenge, such as anxiety and depression, at any given week.

As a young working professional in London, fluctuating mental health is an experience as common as our local Gails.

Whilst the conversation is improving, organisations such as Mind are doing incredible frontline work to support those who need ugent support.
