Story
After tackling my fear of heights last year and abseiling off a viaduct, this year, for some baffling reason, I'm doing an abseil in a cave. I'll be taking on a soggy 2 hour caving adventure and then abseiling down a waterfall inside the cave. I probably won't enjoy it so please help motivate me by donating to the brilliant Support Dogs.
Support Dogs is a national charity dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children and adults living with some of the most challenging medical conditions. We train specialist assistance dogs that allow our clients to live a more independent and socially inclusive life. We currently have three different programmes for which our support dogs are trained: autism assistance, physical disability assistance, and epilepsy seizure alert.
