Trust House Lancashire are in need of our help to keep their services running. They offer valuable support, Therapy and Specialised Counselling for survivors of Rape & Sexual Assault.

We want to help keep this vital avenue of support available and raise as much as we can to help them meet their target of £500,000 before 25th March 2025.

Without these funds, this support is under threat of disappearing.

As a survivor myself, I understand the life long changes of the impact of CPTSD & forms the why behind helping those to regain a sense of safety within themselves.

I'll be hosting a special 90min Trauma Sensitive Yin & Restorative online yoga class on 7th March to raise funds for this vital service.

A recording of the class will be available should you not be able to make the live date.

The recording will be available until 14th March.
