PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland Charity is here to provide counselling and befriending support to individuals who are experiencing or have experienced suicidal thoughts or mental unwellness. PIPS Charity also provides support to families and friends who have been touched by suicide.

As many of you know, I am absolutely petrified of heights and I would love to conquer this fear. On Saturday 30th November, I am taking on Ireland's largest Zipline at Colin Glen- the take off tower is an incredible 100ft and you can travel at speeds of up to 50mph. I would really appreciate any donation for this amazing cause 💚
