So if you don't know why I raise funds for WhizzKidz by now you must have been living under a rock!

These guys have allowed our family to live in a way that would otherwise not be possible. Thanks to Bran's wheelchairs we have been able access so much more; trips up mountains in Australia, adventures through the back streets of London to get to hospital appointments and most importantly of all, walks to Tesco for Pom Bears, Bran's very own little heaven.

18 months ago, we were fortunate enough to be awarded funding for something a little nippier. Bran and I are regularly spotted around the streets of Southend in his Delta Run buggy. The very same model that Rob Burrow MBE completed the 2023 Leeds marathon in and Jo & Alice Lee completed the 2022 and 2023 London marathons in. Now, I don't think I'm quite at a point that I could take Bran round the whole course but he will certainly be there coaching me through my long runs, fartleks and recovery runs. That boy is the best coach anyone could ask for.

I have a huuuuuge target to raise and I'm bound to question why on earth I'm doing this. So dig deep, cheer us on, ask how we're doing. You guys are my motivation led by this little rascal!
