Tenchley Manor Nursing Home and Avoston will be taking part in the Great South Run to raise money for the Selsey Community Forum Aka The Care Shop. This organisation supports the local community with countless enquiries relating to care and support. From dementia awareness to bereavement support to counselling and caring for the vulnerable. One of our runners will complete the event carrying a 50lb bergan!
