Every 40 seconds, the world loses someone to suicide. That’s over 800,000 lives every year. But suicides are preventable. Hope Against Suicide is on the front line, offering listening patrols, crisis support, and early intervention for those in need.

This challenge is very personal to me. My own dad died by suicide, and I’ve also faced my own battles with mental health. I know how important it is to have hope and support when life feels overwhelming.

That’s why I’m taking on my first ever mountain climb — Pen-Y-Fan in Wales 🏔️ — to raise money for Hope Against Suicide!
