I am taking part in the ‘Great Chamber Sing Off’ to raise awareness and much needed support for Burnley FC in the Community!

I have worked for the charity for over 8 years, and have seen first-hand the immense power of our football club to transform people’s lives for the better.

Burnley FC in the Community operates across the communities of Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale, the Ribble Valley and West Yorkshire and delivers over 50 community projects, reaching over 32,000 individuals each year, supporting more than 42% of our population, from pre-schoolers through to seniors.

The charity focuses on three key areas: Welfare and Inclusion, Football, Sport and Education and Community Facilities and delivers a diverse range of programmes that cover issues including mental health, youth violence, cancer rehabilitation, food poverty and much, much more.

Though the charity is embedded within the ethos of Burnley FC, we are financially independent from the football club, and we rely on fundraising activities, donations, sponsorships and grants to do the work we do, with every penny we raise going towards developing new opportunities for those who need it most.
