I’m taking on the Kiltwalk with my cousins to raise money for my son’s Saturday club – a place that means so much to our family and many others like us.

The club supports children and young people with complex and additional support needs, giving them a safe, fun, and inclusive space to just be themselves. For many families, including ours, opportunities like this are incredibly limited. Accessing respite or mainstream activities isn’t always possible, which makes this club a real lifeline.

It’s more than just a few hours on a Saturday or Sunday – it’s a chance for the kids to build confidence, make friends, and enjoy experiences they might otherwise miss out on. And for parents and carers, it offers much-needed support and breathing space.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help keep this vital service running and support families who rely on it every week.
