At the beginning of this year, I tragically lost my beautiful Mam to cancer. In her memory, my cousin Charlotte and I have taken on the challenge of running the Nightingale House Hospice 10K at Alyn Waters Country Park on April 5th.

We are deeply committed to raising as much as we can for this incredible cause. Nightingale House Hospice provides invaluable care to those facing terminal illnesses and offers unwavering support to their families during the most difficult times.
