This year I took a leap of faith to become a founding Trustee and podcast cohost of Inflammatory Arthritis UK (IA UK) & Inflammatory!

IA UK is a new patient charity, run by volunteers living with inflammatory arthritis, to support any one of any age impacted by inflammatory arthritis.

We know living with inflammatory arthritis (IA) is more than 'arthritis' and as I myself have been living with the disease for nearly 14 years, I know how it can affect the whole person.

Having completed 3 marathons since diagnosis, however with a family and full time job marathon training feels like a distant dream, I thought for 2025, to remain focussed I would complete for 10k raises. The first is the Nonsuch Park 10 on 23rd March. Wish me luck!
