THIS IS NOW THE JUSTGIVING TEAM FOR Tough Mudder London West 2025

On May 10, 2025, TSD team and I are taking on Tough Mudder London West to raise money for UNICEF’s Children of Gaza Crisis Appeal.

TSD is a group I have joined who have helped me change my mindset and behaviours and lose 30lbs so far, along with developing a love of squats and deadlifts!

I’m not sure how well I will cope with tough mudder but this is all for a good cause.

I have supported unicef for years. TSD have chosen to raise money for unicef - in particular to help children in Gaza.
