Will be taking part in the Tenby 10k for Paul Satori who played a crucial role in enabling her to remain at home during her illness.

With running being far out of a comfort zone for most of us but having put in best efforts and lots of training hours we would very much appreciate it if you would support us in helping raise some money so that Paul Satori can continue giving crucial support to other families.

on Sunday, 26th October, 2025, starting at Tudor Square, Tenby.

This event will support end-of-life care in Pembrokeshire by allowing us to provide free care at the point of need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for those with life-limiting illness and their families. We offer hands-on nursing care, equipment loan, complementary therapy, and bereavement counselling, providing vital support across the county.
