I will be running both the Newtown 10K and the Swansea half marathon to raise money for Wales Air Ambulance.

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep its helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
