As a team of mixed ages, abilities and fitness levels, we have come together to face Tough Mudder’s 3-5 mile course, consisting of 10+ hellish obstacles. We are going to need to dig deep, step outside of our comfort zones, challenge ourselves and support each other to overcome each test of mental and physical strength.

The Charities - We’ve each picked a charity to raise money in aid of, we'd like to raise money equally across all of them if possible so please take a look at each and see where your donation may be needed the most.

Macmillan Cancer Support - This charity do everything they can to ensure a wide range of support is available to everyone living with cancer, because they believe everyone should have access to it! https://www.macmillan.org.uk/

Prostate Cancer UK – This charity “makes every penny raised count” by investing in worldwide research programs and helping those affected to navigate a diagnosis and after care. https://prostatecanceruk.org/

Grief Encounter – This charity supports bereaved children and young people, as well as their families as they try to come to terms with the death of a loved one. https://www.griefencounter.org.uk/

Cancer Research UK – This well-known charity is determined to beat all kinds of cancers, by funding health professionals and scientists in their research. https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/

MIND – MIND believe no one should face mental health alone, they make it a priority, reduce stigma, increase support services, and raise awareness. https://www.mind.org.uk/

Parkinsons UK – Parkinsons UK knows everyone’s experience is different, they support those effected by the disease and fund research into auspicious treatments getting closer to a cure each day. https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/

Henry’s Hurdles – Little Henry has a life limiting disease, Duchene Muscular Dystrophy and needs a range of adjustments to make every day manageable and happy.
