I am fundraising for the Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity because I have experienced firsthand the incredible support they provide. Since my child was just one year old, we have been visiting the hospital, and I can tell you that hospitals can be quite frightening when you have a sick child. However, seeing one of the ECHC team members makes everything feel a bit less lonely for both me and my child.

The compassion and care offered by ECHC not only help children heal but also provide comfort to families during some of their most challenging times. It is this unwavering support that inspires me to take part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival on May 24, 2026. My goal is to raise £500 to ensure that ECHC can continue their vital work.
