on Saturday 7th March 2020 life how we’d known it changed forever, my incredible dad passed away suddenly. We had no reason to believe his life was going to be cut so short, later learning it could have all been prevented had the GP done something. My dad passed due to his heart so for his birthday on the same week as this walk it only seems right to take part. Sadly we cannot buy him birthday presents or spoil him like he deserves so this seems like the next best thing to do.

Myself, D who also lost his dad to similar circumstances, my mum and a few family will be taking part in the London Life Hike on the 27th September to help save even more lives across the London.

I'll be raising funds for the London Heart Starters campaign by London Ambulance Charity along the way. This campaigns funds and places life-saving defibrillators in the heart of London communities and then trains the community of how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
